Pricing Policy
Price estimations are based on Spartan Activewear LTD’s current cost of production. Unless otherwise agreed Spartan Activewear holds to the right to amend any details in order to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
Copyright
Unless states or negotiated the copyright of all artwork, vectors, graphics, images and DST files and anything prepared by Spartan Activewear shall belong to Spartan Activewear LTD. Spartan Activewear may use all graphics and artwork for the purpose of promotion. It is the customers responsibility to gain the relevant permission to re-use all artwork, pictures and graphics.
Production and Lead Times
For all sublimated garments a 4 week lead time is required from approval of all artwork designs. For stock items we aim to provide a 10-14 day turnaround although this may vary for any items that will be personalised.
Orders
Spartan Activewear would be happy to advise on the range of products we can provide.
Products
All products shown on www.spartanactivewear.co.uk have been selected to give you the best choice of each items. If for any reason a product sells out Spartan Activewear will immediately remove the item for the website. If any item ordered is out of stock Spartan Activewear will seek to communicate with the customer at the earliest available time.
Returns
All items supplied are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty, if you require exchange or refund then the items will need to be returned to Spartan Activewear in the original condition and packaging within 28 days. Unfortunately Spartan Activewear cannot and will not accept personalised items unless there is a fault from manufacturing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items returned are deemed to be damaged.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be courts of all jurisdiction.
